ANNIE KUSTER ENDORSED FOR REELECTION BY THE SEIU

(Concord, NH) - Today, Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) is announcing her endorsement by the State Employees Association and Service Employees International Union (SEA/SEIU) for reelection. Kuster has been a vocal advocate for working people in New Hampshire and across the country throughout her time in Congress. To support hardworking families, Annie Kuster authored her Jobs and Opportunity Agenda, which proposes ways to bolster job training and apprenticeship programs, workforce development, college affordability, and small business growth. Legislation from her agenda has been signed into law that expands Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs and assists working families.

“It's an honor to receive the endorsement of the SEA/SEIU,” said Annie Kuster. “New Hampshire labor unions protect workers and fight tirelessly for basic fairness and justice on the job. That's why I stand with our union brothers and sisters in their efforts to ensure better working conditions, better wages, and a better future for all workers. It is crucial as we build back from this pandemic that we support hard working families and expand economic opportunity so that every Granite Stater has the chance to get ahead."

“Throughout Congresswoman Kuster’s time in office, we at SEA/SEIU Local 1984 have been thankful to have an ally who supports the middle class and union workers,” said Rich Gulla, SEA/SEIU Local 1984 President since 2014 and proud union member since 1999. “New Hampshire state employees are still without a contract during this global pandemic. It’s imperative that Granite State voters elect candidates like Annie Kuster who have American workers’ best interests at heart, and we are proud to endorse her.”
