Executive Council Candidates
Cinde Warmington (District 2)
Cinde Warmington is the current Executive Councilor for District 2, running for reelection to her second term. A life-long health care advocate, Councilor Warmington has spent the past two years fighting to expand access to quality, affordable health care for all Granite Staters. She has been the lone voice for hardworking families on the Executive Council, protecting reproductive rights and defending our public schools from Republican attacks.
Katherine Harake (District 3)
Born and raised on the Seacoast, Katherine Harake graduated from Winnacunnet High School, studied international business at McGill University then went to work in emerging markets. Katherine earned her master’s in Diplomacy from Norwich University and returned to live in Hampton with her husband and two children. She currently serves as the chairman of the budget committee.
Shoshanna Kelly (District 5)
Shoshanna Kelly is an Alderwoman at-Large, a mother of two, and a small business owner in Nashua. Since her election in 2017 and re-election in 2022, Shoshanna has proudly supported public education, started Nashua’s Pride Festival, assisted small businesses, and fought the climate crisis at the local level. She is running for the Executive Council to continue this hard work in Concord and make a difference for more citizens in NH. Shoshanna is the first person of color to be a major party's nominee for Executive Council, and when elected she will be the highest level elected person of color in the history of the Granite State.
