Kuster Endorsed By Slate of Granite State Veterans
**A former member of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, Annie Kuster is a steadfast fighter for New Hampshire veterans and their families**
Nashua, NH — Today, Annie Kuster's campaign announced a coalition of more than 75 Granite State veterans endorsing Annie Kuster for reelection. During their endorsement, this group of veterans from across the Second District pointed to Annie Kuster’s long history of fighting for New Hampshire veterans, service members, and their families.
“As the daughter of a WWII prisoner of war, I know firsthand the sacrifices that our service members and their families make — that’s why I will always fight for our veterans,” said Kuster. “I have been proud to fight for legislation to eliminate the disgraceful VA claims backlog so veterans get the care they deserve. Thank you to all the men and women who have served our country in uniform. I will continue working to ensure we serve you as well as you served us.”
“I’m proud to endorse Annie Kuster for reelection because she knows what it means to stand up for Granite State veterans,” said Maura Sullivan, Former VA Assistant Secretary and Marine Corps Iraq Veteran. “Throughout her career, Annie has fought to improve access to care and has worked with Republicans and Democrats to pass meaningful reforms that make life better for veterans and their families. Here in New Hampshire, we pride ourselves on service and it means the world to have a representative like Annie who will always put veterans first.”
"Congresswoman Kuster’s support of the Pact Act gives veterans the dignity they deserve when addressing service-connected health issues resulting from exposure to toxins,” said Charlene Lovett, Retired Army Chief Warrant Officer 3. “No longer will veterans have to fight to get the medical care they deserve. I am proud to support her re-election."

Annie is focused on ensuring we serve our veterans as well as they served us. She stood up against the Biden administration’s proposal to close rural veteran clinics in Littleton and Conway and successfully fought to keep these services open and operating. She worked with members of both parties to pass the Honoring Our PACT Act, legislation to finally recognize military toxic exposure and provide quality health care for as many as 3.5 million veterans. This legislation built off of Annie’s bill, the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act of 2019, to expand benefits to 90,000 veterans exposed to Agent Orange.
